Molly Sebo
Executive director
Molly has been a career physical therapist and clinical specialist for individuals with spinal cord injuries since 1998. It is this purposeful work that led her to apply for the role of executive director. Molly hopes that through her role she will be able to offer continued support to individuals with spinal cord injuries and their families. Molly plans to draw from her experience as a clinician, mentor, volunteer, research assistant, and community advisory board member to fulfill the responsibilities of this position. Molly enjoys reiki, reading, being outside in nature, and attending her son's sporting events.

Heidi Estrada
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT COORDINATOR
Heidi oversees SCIboston’s virtual support groups, education programs, and social events. Heidi became involved with SCIboston through her husband, Dave, who has a T4 complete SCI injury. Heidi’s background is in elementary education and studio art. She worked as a Kindergarten teacher for fourteen-plus years and has volunteered on the PTO Board in her local school district for several years. Heidi also enjoys making fancy desserts with her daughter, Lilah.

Diane DeRoche
peer mentor coordinator
Diane oversees SCIboston’s Peer Mentor Program, matching individuals and loved ones with a trained mentor. In addition, she also facilitates the Family and Friends weekly support group. Diane became involved with SCIboston after her son, Ryan, had a C4, incomplete SCI injury while riding his mountain bike in Spain. Diane’s background is in Healthcare and Social Services. In her spare time, Diane enjoys cooking, reading, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.

Stacie Selfridge
Transition Program Liaison
Stacie oversees SCIboston’s SCI Transition Program Liaison, which aims to assist individuals who live in nursing homes to get back to living in the community. Stacie brings twenty-plus years of knowledge and experience as an Occupational Therapist to our SCIboston community.

Ryan DeRoche
Digital Media Coordinator
Ryan oversees SCIboston’s website, develops custom fundraising pages, edits our videos, and produces monthly newsletters and communications. Ryan is also a Board Member for SCIboston and provides all of our social media support. Ryan enjoys getting out into nature as often as he can on his adapted mountain bike and spending time with his Service Dog, Oliver.

Vita Brown
ADVOCACY COORDINATOR
Vita oversees SCIboston’s advocacy program, advocating on the state and federal level for individuals with SCI/D and engaging in the community in current legislative priorities. Vita became involved with SCIboston after her partner had an accident resulting in a C3 incomplete injury. Her background is in public policy, political advocacy, sociology, and economics. In her free time, Vita enjoys cooking with her partner, print-making and other art, and caring for her many, many plant babies.

Jessika Coromel
administrative assistant
Jessika is an Administrative Assistant at SCIboston, helping to support the team with a diverse range of tasks that keep the organization running smoothly. She became involved with the organization after her partner, Matthew, sustained a T10 complete SCI injury from an AVM/spinal stroke. With a background in fine art, specifically ceramics and printmaking, Jessika brings an artistic touch to her administrative duties. Currently, she is pursuing a degree in nursing, reflecting her deep commitment to helping others. In her free time, Jessika enjoys gardening, ceramics, and listening to art history podcasts.
